Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.College coursework in early childhood education, CDA, or related field preferred.Prior experience in child care, daycare, or preschool settings is a plus.Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP) required.Must pass background checks as required by state and company policies.
