Child Care Teacher

Position Overview

We are seeking Experienced Childcare Teachers who are enthusiastic, dependable, and passionate about working with children. The ideal candidates will create a positive learning environment while maintaining a safe and clean space. You will play a vital role in nurturing young minds and helping children develop essential social, emotional, and cognitive skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Implement Curriculum:

  • Create age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that encourage creativity and learning.
  • Foster a hands-on learning environment that promotes exploration and critical thinking.

• Classroom Management:

  • Supervise and engage with children to ensure a safe and positive learning atmosphere.
  • Encourage positive behavior and guide children in developing social skills.

• Communication and Collaboration:

  • Build positive relationships with parents, keeping them informed of their child’s progress and daily activities.
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to maintain a supportive team environment.

• Safety and Cleanliness:

  • Follow all safety guidelines and ensure a clean, healthy environment.
  • Monitor children’s well-being and respond appropriately to any concerns.

Qualifications and Experience Required

• Lead Teacher:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education preferred, Child Development credentials required
  • CDA (Child Development Associate) certification preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a licensed childcare center or preschool setting.
  • Strong knowledge of child development principles and best practices.
