Child Care Teacher

Role Overview: Seeking full-time Toddler and Support Teachers to create engaging activities, communicate with parents about children's progress, and maintain a safe, clean classroom environment. Responsibilities: Develop hands-on activities tailored to children's needs, foster open parent communication, and ensure safety and cleanliness in the classroom. Qualifications and Skills: Must pass background checks, be at least 18 with a high school diploma or GED, and have knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices. Preferred candidates have college coursework or degrees in early childhood education and at least one year of teaching experience. Colorado PDIS Level 2 certification is required. Physical and Other Requirements: Ability to lift children up to 40 pounds, respond to emergencies, and perform physical activities such as lifting, reaching, and squatting. Must adhere to health and safety protocols. Compensation & Benefits: Hourly pay between $20.25 - $24.75, plus a $750 hiring incentive after 100 days.
