Child Care Specialist
About the role
At Soar Autism Center, Child Care Specialists, also known as Behavior Technicians, help children ages 2 to 6 with autism learn, communicate, and grow through play. Our care is based on the Early Start Denver Model, a play-based approach to Applied Behavior Analysis. This in-person, center-based role offers hands-on experience in child development, psychology, education, and behavioral health. This is an entry-level opportunity. Prior RBT certification is not required for most locations because Soar provides paid training and supports team members in earning and maintaining the credential. The role may be a strong fit for people with experience in childcare, daycare, education, caregiving, paraprofessional support, direct support, or behavioral health.
