Child Care Preschool Lead Teacher

BrightPath Kids, a proud member of the Busy Bees global childcare community, operates in Hilliard, OH. This full-time Infant Lead Teacher role offers $17–20.50 per hour with no evening or weekend hours. The center serves children ages 6 weeks and up, following NAEYC guidelines, and provides a supportive environment for career growth among a team of over 5,000 employees.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and supervision of children ages 6 weeks and older in one assigned classroom
• Create developmentally appropriate curriculum according to NAEYC standards
• Curate programs and activities based on children’s interests and learning styles
• Maintain a warm, safe, clean environment that permits children to grow and explore
• Partner with families to create plans for the best care and education for their children
• Provide effective communication with parents/guardians about their child

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, OR Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, OR Career Pathway Level 3, OR Bachelor's Degree in any field
• 1 year of experience in a licensed child care facility preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and remain organized
• Ability to work within regular operating hours
• Must meet state criteria for child care employment

$17–20.50 per hour
