Responsibilities

• Guide children's learning through our curriculum guides and classroom management tools.
• Communicate with parents using our classroom tablets.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
• Engage in community service projects as part of our Heart Project initiative.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for fostering a diverse and inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Valid CPR and First Aid certification.
• Background check required.
• Ability to pass a drug screening.

Skills

• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Positive attitude and ability to build strong relationships with children and families.
