Responsibilities

• Teach children in a classroom environment using technology-driven tools and resources.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and stay updated with best practices.
• Support the overall educational and developmental needs of children in the classroom.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Engage in heart projects that focus on character development and giving back to the community.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children in a classroom setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Passion for fostering a diverse and inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Valid CPR and First Aid certification.
• Experience with classroom management tools and technology.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
• Knowledge of child development and educational theories.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $25,000 - $35,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
