Responsibilities

• Teach children to celebrate differences and appreciate diversity
• Support your peers and make a difference in your community

• Engage in Heart Projects that focus on character development and giving back to children in need

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with children
• Pass a background check
• Ability to communicate effectively with parents and colleagues

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
• Valid state teaching license required
• Experience with classroom management tools and parent communication systems

Skills

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of child development and educational theories

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
