Child Care Lead Infant and Toddler Teacher - Childtime, Sierra Gardens Dr.

About the role

This position involves caring for infants and toddlers within a licensed child care center setting. The ideal candidate will lead a classroom, develop educational lesson plans, and engage in continuous professional development.

Responsibilities

• Care for infants and toddlers according to licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Create and implement educational lesson plans based on the proprietary curriculum.
• Accurately observe, assess, and plan for children's development needs.
• Communicate effectively with families about their children's progress and needs.
• Engage in creative activities to make learning fun and interactive for children.

Requirements

• At least 6 months experience leading an early childhood classroom and creating educational lesson plans in a licensed center.
• Minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education units completed.
• The ability to meet state requirements for background, immunization, CPR/First Aid, and mandated reporter training.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Pay

$19.56 - $20.32 per hour, bi-weekly and daily pay options available.

Schedule

Monday through Friday work week.
