About the role
This position involves caring for infants and toddlers within a licensed child care center setting. The ideal candidate will lead a classroom, develop educational lesson plans, and engage in continuous professional development.
Responsibilities
- Care for infants and toddlers according to licensing guidelines and company standards.
- Create and implement educational lesson plans based on the proprietary curriculum.
- Accurately observe, assess, and plan for children's development needs.
- Communicate effectively with families about their children's progress and needs.
- Engage in creative activities to make learning fun and interactive for children.
Requirements
- At least 6 months experience leading an early childhood classroom and creating educational lesson plans in a licensed center.
- Minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education units completed.
- The ability to meet state requirements for background, immunization, CPR/First Aid, and mandated reporter training.
- Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

$19.56 - $20.32 per hour, bi-weekly and daily pay options available.
