Child Care Instructor

The Role

Ensuring the wellbeing and security of all enrolled children.
Implementing behavior intervention strategies and creating an inclusive environment.
Training and mentoring team members to excel in their roles.
Contributing to curriculum development and maintaining high-quality programming standards.
Building strong relationships with families and maintaining excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 and have a HS diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a child-related field (preferred).
• 3-5 years of experience working with school-age children (minimum).
• School-age care experience (preferred).

Benefits

Starting pay $21.25/hour.

Locations & Shift Times

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:30 am - 6:00 pm.
• Start date: School Year 2026 - 2027.
• Location: North Woods Elementary and Gleason Lake Elementary.
