About the role
This position involves caring for infants and toddlers, engaging in their education, and working within a licensed child care center setting.
Responsibilities
- Care for infants and toddlers according to licensing guidelines and company standards.
- Create and implement educational lesson plans based on the proprietary curriculum.
- Accurately observe, assess, and plan for children's development needs.
- Communicate effectively with families about their children's progress and needs.
- Engage in physical activities with children as part of the learning process.
Requirements
- At least 6 months experience leading an early childhood classroom and creating educational lesson plans in a licensed center.
- A minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education units completed.
- The ability to meet state requirements for background, immunization, CPR/First Aid, and mandated reporter training.
- Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
