As a Lead Teacher, you’ll create fun, interactive learning experiences, promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children, lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, and build relationships with families to support each child’s achievement and your center’s success.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, ensuring compliance with all licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support child achievement and center success.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Pay

Compensation based on position, education, and experience. Lead Teacher pay range: $17.88–$18.57 per hour. Bi-weekly and daily pay options available.

Schedule

Monday through Friday work week.
