Responsibilities

• Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.
• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics.

Requirements

• The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

• Energetic and dependable individuals with a passion for working with children.

Skills

• Ability to observe and assess children's needs.
• Effective communication skills.
• Knowledge of childcare, preschool, and child development.

Pay

• Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options.
• Assistant Teacher: $17.41-$18.08 per hour.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday work week.
