About the role
This position involves assisting teachers in providing care and education for children in a child care center setting.
Responsibilities
- Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.
- Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
- Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
- Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.
Requirements
- The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
- The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working with children preferred but not required.
- Pass a background check.
Skills
- Ability to follow instructions and guidelines.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
Compensation based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options - Assistant Teacher: $20.90-$21.71.
Schedule
Monday through Friday work week.
