Responsibilities

• Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.
• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children.
• Effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics.
• Work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Requirements

• Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Passion for working with children.
• Energetic and dependable.

Pay

Compensation based on position, education, and experience. Assistant Teacher pay range: $21.44–$22.28 per hour.

Schedule

Monday through Friday work week.

Effective January 1, 2024, successful completion of a background check is a prerequisite of employment.
