• Engage in on-the-job training to develop a career path from Assistant Teacher to Center Director.
• Nurture relationships and help colleagues achieve their goals.
• Participate in Heart Projects focused on character development and giving back to children in need.

Requirements

• Self-starters with a passion for making a difference in children’s lives.
• Great communicators who can build strong relationships with families and colleagues.
• Experience in child care or related field preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid CPR and First Aid certification.
• Experience working with children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for diversity and inclusion.

Skills

• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of child development and educational practices.
• Proficiency with technology and classroom management tools.
