Responsibilities

• Teach children to celebrate differences and appreciate diversity.
• Implement curriculum guides and classroom management tools on classroom tablets.
• Support children's character development through Heart Projects.
• Engage in professional development through special training and education reimbursement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Experience working with children in a childcare setting preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Pass a background check.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships.
• Passionate about making a difference in children’s lives.

Skills

• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to manage classroom activities and maintain order.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
