Child Care Assistant Teacher

About the role

Responsibilities

• Teach children in a variety of subjects using our curriculum guides and classroom management tools.
• Communicate with parents through our classroom tablets.
• Participate in special training and educational programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to the overall success of the team by fostering positive relationships and supporting colleagues.
• Engage in heart projects that focus on character development and giving back to the community.

Requirements

• A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Experience working with children, preferably in a childcare setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Passion for making a difference in children's lives and contributing to the community.

Qualifications

• Valid CPR and First Aid certification.
• Knowledge of child development stages and best practices.
• Experience with technology and digital tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
