About the role

The Child Care and Development Instructional Assistant (Substitute) position is available starting at $19.32 per hour for the 2025-2026 school year. The work year length is 2025-2026 School Year.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in child care and development activities as needed
  • Support teachers and staff in classroom settings
  • Participate in maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for children

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years old
  • TB Test and Background Check (upon job offer)
  • NCLB Compliance (upon job offer)
  • Child Development Permit (upon job offer)
  • Letter(s) of Recommendation (submit up to 3)
  • Proof of HS Graduation (or Proof of College Degree or Coursework)
  • Resume

Tahoe Truckee Unified School District

Our district encompasses more than 720 square miles serving California's Nevada, Placer, and El Dorado counties.
