Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all state-mandated administrative regulations for child care facilities
- Support classroom teachers and staff with administrative and logistical needs
- Manage and update vaccination records, allergy and medication documentation, and other student health information
- Oversee new student enrollment and maintain accurate student records
- Handle filing, paperwork, and day-to-day administrative tasks
- Stay on top of all regulatory deadlines and documentation requirements
- Greet and assist families daily
What We're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior administrative experience (experience in child care or education is a plus!)
- Familiarity with state licensing standards for child care (or willingness to learn)
- Warm, professional communication style
