Responsibilities

• Following personalized treatment plans and collecting session data
• Engaging children in interactive activities such as reading, games, and movement
• Maintaining a safe and organized therapy environment
• Collaborating with team members to support children's growth and success

Qualifications and Skills

• At least 18 years old and hold a bachelor's degree
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work actively with young children
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and willingness to obtain RBT certification within 20 days of hire
• Comfortable with physical activity and supporting team coverage if needed
