About the role
The Psychiatrist provides direct patient care in inpatient and outpatient psychiatric and behavioral health settings, focusing on evaluating psychiatric and medical needs and developing treatment plans.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Medical School with an MD/DO degree and successful completion of an approved psychiatric residency.
- Licensed to practice medicine in the relevant state, with Board Certification or eligibility by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
- Active DEA and DPS registration, meeting all professional standards and legal requirements.
- Current CPR certification, TB screening (questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray), and a valid health certificate as required.
- Must be at least 18 years old and comply with all federal, state, and local regulations.
