Qualifications And Skills Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.Experience working with children and families.Provisional license if required by state regulations.Passion for mental health, ethical practice, and confidentiality.Strong communication, rapport-building, and time-management skills.Commitment to ongoing professional development, supervision, and continuing education.
