Join us as a Child & Adolescent Therapist to provide culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments and tailored outpatient therapy for diverse clients. Key Responsibilities Include Conducting assessments and creating welcoming environments for clients and families from varied backgrounds.Providing individual and family therapy tailored to clients' needs, fostering resilience and healing.Developing crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans to support client stability.Participating in case consultations, team meetings, and discharge planning to enhance care quality.Ensuring timely completion of documentation, treatment plans, billing, and insurance forms.Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and nurses, for comprehensive care. Qualifications Include Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field.Experience working with children and families.Provisional license per state regulations if applicable.Strong passion for mental health, ethical practice, and ongoing professional development.Excellent communication skills, rapport-building ability, and effective time management.
