Founded in 2015 by therapists Erin Pash, LMFT and Kyle Keller, LICSW, Ellie began in Minnesota with one simple mission: to fill the gaps in mental health care. Responsibilities
- Provide individual and/or family therapy using evidence-based and creative interventions
- Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and community partners
- Maintain approximately 25 client hours per week for full-time status
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and case consultations
- Contribute to the supportive, fun, and inclusive culture that makes Ellie special
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a behavioral health field (LMHC-D, LMFT-D, and LCSW)
- Active clinical license and Diagnostic Privilege required
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Comfort working with diverse populations
- Familiarity with EHR systems (Valant experience a plus!)
- A genuine passion for helping people heal and thrive
