About the role
LifeStance Health is seeking Child and Adolescent Psychiatrists for its Beaverton, OR offices serving the greater Portland area. The position is 100% outpatient, focusing on medication management and psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and potentially across the lifespan. The role offers a hybrid model of telemedicine and in‑person care within a modern, collegial environment.
Requirements
- Fully licensed in the state of Oregon
- Board eligible or board certified (BE/BC)
- Unencumbered DEA registration
- Experience in both medication management and psychotherapy
- Experience working with children and adolescents or across the lifespan
- Preferably reside within commutable distance of the local clinic(s)

Compensation
Top compensation can exceed $408,000 – $467,000 per year, with no cap. Compensation is based on productivity.
