Child And Adolescent Part-Time Inpatient Psychiatrist
Responsibilities
Direct patient care involving psychiatric diagnostic evaluations and treatment of patients on the psychiatric unit with a team consisting of psychologists, behavioral specialists, special education teachers and a school psychologist, social workers, nursing, activities therapists, and fellow.
Provide psychiatric consultation and follow-up care at the pediatric hospital.
Teach and supervise child and adolescent psychiatry fellows.
Qualifications
- Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist MD/DO (or foreign equivalent).
- Board Eligibility or Board Certification required in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
- New York State license at start date.
