About the role

We are actively seeking talented Child & Adolescent Licensed Mental Health Therapists in the Greater Mishawaka area who are passionate about patient care and committed to excellence. Licensed Therapists are a critical part of our clinical team.

Requirements

• Fully licensed as an LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC in the State of Indiana.
• We are not able to accommodate dependently licensed clinicians at this time.
• Experienced in working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations.

Pay

• Competitive compensation model based on productivity - up to $84,000 - $107,000/year, no cap.
• Annual cash bonus incentive.
• Sign-on bonus.

• Hybrid options: Telemedicine & in-person care.
• 100% outpatient – no nights, weekends, or hospital calls.
