Child & Adolescent Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)

About the role

LifeStance Health is actively seeking licensed therapists (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in Virginia who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. We offer full-time W-2 positions with strong work-life balance, flexible scheduling, and both on-site & hybrid options (minimum 3 days in-office).

Responsibilities

• Provide evidenced-based, medically driven mental healthcare services for children, adolescents, and adults in an outpatient care setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a collegial environment.
• Deliver care through in-person clinic visits and telemedicine offerings.

Requirements

• Independently licensed and credentialed in Virginia as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
• Experience working with child and adolescent populations.

Pay

Annual income potential: $100,000 to $112,000+, with compensation based on productivity.
