Child & Adolescent Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
About the role

Responsibilities
- Independently provide evidence-based therapy to patients in a variety of settings, including in-person and telehealth.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Conduct intake assessments and ongoing evaluations to ensure patient progress and safety.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in the provision of mental health services.
Requirements
- Must be independently licensed and credentialed in Virginia as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
- Experience working with child and adolescent populations is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- A strong commitment to clinical excellence and patient care.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.
- Master's degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Current license to practice in Virginia.
- Experience in a professional healthcare setting.
Skills
- Strong therapeutic skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in digital health technologies used by LifeStance Health.

Pay
Annual income potential: $92,000 to $102,000, based on productivity.
Schedule
Flexible schedule, set your own hours, with a minimum requirement of 3 days in-office per week.
