About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive mental healthcare services to patients in an outpatient setting.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to guide treatment decisions.
- Manage medications and provide psychotherapy as appropriate.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.
- Adhere to regulatory standards and maintain licensure requirements.
Requirements
- Full license in Washington.
- Unencumbered DEA license.
- BC in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry.
- Experience in both medication management and therapy.
- Reside in Washington.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).
- Board Certified in Psychiatry.
- Experience in treating children, adolescents, and adults with various mental health conditions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with patients and families.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices.
- Ability to manage a busy caseload while maintaining high-quality care.

Pay
Compensation range of $366,000-$470,000, based on productivity.

New office recently opened in Federal Way. Locations are throughout the area to make commuting easier. Flexible schedule to accommodate work/life balance and personal schedules. In-Person and Hybrid Flexibility.
