Responsibilities

• Sign-on bonus
• Annual cash bonus up to $25,000
• Monthly stipend for PMHNP collaboration
• Flexible schedules, full-time & part-time W-2 positions

Requirements

• MD or DO degree
• Board-certified or board-eligible (BE/BC)
• Fully licensed in Virginia with unencumbered DEA
• Experienced with both medication management as well as therapy
• Must reside in Virginia

• Passionate about patient care and clinical excellence

Annual income potential: $268,000 to $369,000, compensation model based on productivity
