Psychiatrists are a critical part of our clinical team. We’re seeking fully licensed professionals who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence.
Requirements
- Fully licensed in Washington
- Board-certified in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
- Unencumbered DEA
- Experienced in both medication management and therapy
- Must reside in Washington
Location and Schedule
- New office recently opened in Federal Way, with multiple locations throughout the area for easier commuting
- Beautifully designed offices thoughtfully laid out for comfort and efficiency
- Monday - Friday schedule with optional weekends
- Flexible schedule to accommodate work/life balance and personal needs
- In-person and hybrid flexibility
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive compensation package with uncapped earning potential
- Compensation range: $363,000 - $467,000 (productivity-based model)
- W2 employed position
