Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive mental healthcare services to patients in an outpatient setting
- Manage medication and therapy for patients with various mental health conditions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Participate in professional development activities to maintain and enhance clinical skills
- Adhere to regulatory standards and ethical guidelines
Requirements
- Full license in Washington
- Board Certified in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
- Experience in both medication management and therapy
- Reside in Washington
Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
- Completed residency training in psychiatry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about providing quality patient care

Pay
Compensation range of $363,000-$467,000, based on productivity.
Schedule
New office recently opened in Federal Way. Locations are throughout the area to make commuting easier. Flexible schedule to accommodate work/life balance and personal schedules. In-Person and Hybrid Flexibility.
