About the role
The Child/Adolescent Outpatient Psychiatrist will play a crucial role in our expanding BayCare Behavioral Health team. The ideal candidate should be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Child/Adolescent Psychiatry, with preference given to those with prior experience. This position offers a dynamic work environment, where you'll contribute to the growth of our psychiatry program and actively participate in our aggressive expansion plan to better serve the needs of our local communities.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient psychiatric services to children and adolescents.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Child/Adolescent Psychiatry, experience preferred.
Qualifications
Experience in a clinical setting is preferred, with a strong commitment to patient care and community service.
Skills
Effective communication skills, ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, and a passion for improving mental health outcomes in children and adolescents.
