Responsibilities

  • Provide trauma-informed therapy to children, adolescents, and families through both in-person and telehealth sessions.
  • Manage a steady caseload of approximately 25 clients with the guidance and support of experienced team members.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team committed to best practices, shared learning, and ongoing professional growth.

Requirements

  • A dedicated and compassionate practitioner eager for long-term growth with The Center for NeuroPotential.
  • Experience providing individual therapy for children, adolescents, and adults.
  • Committed to achieving successful treatment outcomes by matching clients with the most effective care through thorough phone assessments.
  • Passionate about using neurofeedback and trauma-focused therapies to help clients thrive.

Pay

$45 - $50 hourly dependent on experience.

Schedule

This is a part-time, non-salaried, fee-for-service position with the potential opportunity to work as many hours as preferred, with a minimum of 25 hours weekly. Flexible scheduling that promotes a healthy work-life balance, with evening and weekend hours available.
