About the role
The Chief Trust Officer at Zerohash National Trust Bank is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the trust department, including investment management, risk assessment, compliance, and customer service. This role requires a deep understanding of financial regulations and a proven track record in managing complex financial portfolios.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the trust department, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement strategies for managing client assets, including investment management and risk assessment.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures, as well as external regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with other departments within the bank to ensure seamless integration of trust services.
- Provide guidance and support to the trust team on matters related to financial planning and investment strategies.
- Monitor and report on the performance of trust accounts and investments.
- Manage relationships with clients and third-party service providers to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in financial services, with at least 5 years in a senior management position.
- A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
- A CPA or CFA designation preferred.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale financial portfolios and navigate complex regulatory environments.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Experience with financial modeling and analysis tools.

$200,000 - $250,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work required for special projects.
