Chief Technology Officer (CTO) / Lead Systems Architect

Responsibilities

• Define system architecture, tech stack, and security model.
• Lead MVP build of Cypherglyph™ generator, GeneVault™ cloud, and Unifacator™ biometric app.
• Manage blockchain, AI, and full-stack teams.
• Oversee encryption standards (AES-256-GCM, post-quantum).
• Coordinate with legal/IP and scientific partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years software or systems engineering; prior startup or health-tech leadership.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, encryption, and DevOps.
• Background in genomics or privacy-centric data systems preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation discipline.
