About the role
The Chief Technology Officer provides enterprise technology leadership for Bacompt and the RevOne family of companies. This executive owns the technology vision, software and platform strategy, enterprise architecture, and engineering operating model that support the organization’s healthcare revenue cycle, patient financial services, insurance, and related business lines. The CTO translates business priorities into secure, scalable, and commercially practical technology solutions. The role leads software engineering and technical delivery, establishes architecture and development standards, evaluates emerging technologies including artificial intelligence, and partners with operations, product, compliance, and security leaders to deliver measurable business value.
