About the role

Lead the development and implementation of security strategies and initiatives that align with the organization's overall business objectives. Oversee the IT infrastructure, ensuring its reliability, scalability, and security. Manage a team of IT professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures to protect the organization's assets and data.
• Oversee the IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software systems, ensuring they are secure, reliable, and scalable.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new technologies and processes that enhance security and efficiency.
• Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success and alignment with organizational goals.
• Stay current with emerging security threats and technologies, and adapt the organization's security strategies accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations regarding data protection and privacy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in IT management or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing IT projects and teams.
• Experience with security frameworks and standards, such as ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, etc.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to lead strategic planning and execution, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

Pay

Salary range: $150,000 - $200,000 annually.
