Lead the development and implementation of security strategies and initiatives that align with the organization's overall business objectives. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures to protect the organization's assets and data.
- Oversee the IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software systems, ensuring they are secure, reliable, and scalable.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new technologies and processes that enhance security and efficiency.
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success and alignment with organizational goals.
- Stay current with emerging security threats and technologies, and adapt the organization's security strategies accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations regarding data protection and privacy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in IT management or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing IT projects and teams.
- Experience with security frameworks and standards, such as ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, etc.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to lead strategic planning and execution, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

Pay
Salary range: $150,000 - $200,000 annually.
