About the role

The ideal candidate will lead the technology and computer operations team, ensuring efficient IT infrastructure and services across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of IT operations including network management, server administration, and system maintenance.
• Develop and implement IT strategies to support business goals and improve operational efficiency.
• Manage IT projects from conception through completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and scope.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, and maintain security protocols to protect company data.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve technical issues impacting business operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven leadership experience in IT operations, preferably in a similar role.
• Extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure, network management, and system administration.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or equivalent.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms and virtualization technologies.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and incident response procedures.
