Job Description
Zycus is a global leader in Source-to-Pay (S2P) procurement software, trusted by leading Fortune 1000 organizations worldwide. The Senior Vice President of Sales / Chief Sales Officer, North America will lead Zycus' new customer acquisition and revenue growth across the U.S. and Canada.
Strategic Impact
- Lead Zycus’ AI-Led Growth Journey: Champion an Agentic AI–powered sales approach, leveraging automation, analytics, and predictive insights to enhance deal velocity and win rates.
- Shape the Go-To-Market Vision: Translate Zycus’ global strategy into a North America–specific execution plan that accelerates brand visibility and market penetration.
- Drive Enterprise Transformation: Position Zycus as the AI thought leader in procurement transformation, influencing C-level executives across Fortune 1000 enterprises to adopt next-generation AI-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Leadership: Own and deliver the new business revenue targets for North America through disciplined execution and enterprise-level selling.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute the go-to-market plan for enterprise acquisition, aligning with Zycus’ global revenue priorities.
- Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop sales leaders to foster a culture of performance, collaboration, and customer-centricity.
- Enterprise Selling: Build and maintain executive relationships with CPOs, CFOs, and CIOs at large enterprises to drive strategic, multi-million-dollar SaaS deals.
- Pipeline Management: Implement a rigorous operating cadence for pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and sales performance analytics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align messaging, value articulation, and customer outcomes.
- Market Expansion: Identify new industry verticals and geographic opportunities to accelerate regional growth.
- Partner Ecosystem: Collaborate with global alliances and consulting partners to drive joint go-to-market initiatives and expand reach.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: 20+ years in enterprise B2B SaaS sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (VP/SVP level).
- Proven Track Record: Success in achieving and exceeding annual revenue targets with enterprise deals averaging $1M+ ARR.
- Leadership Strength: Experience in building and scaling high-performance, distributed sales teams across regions.
- Strategic Acumen: Ability to translate vision into operational success with measurable growth outcomes.
- Executive Presence: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills at the C-level.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
