We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have sections: Overview, Department Summary, Position Summary, Position Responsibilities, Requirements, Knowledge, Skills And Abilities, Core Competencies, Organizational Values (maybe truncated). We need to use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But we can adapt headings to match content: "About the role" could be Position Summary? "Responsibilities" for Position Responsibilities. "Requirements" for Requirements. "Skills" for Knowledge, Skills And Abilities. "Qualifications" maybe not present. "Benefits", "Pay", "Schedule" only if present. We have Salary info: $235,000 - $245,000 Annually. That's Pay. So we need a Pay section. Also we have Location info but not schedule. No benefits listed. So we include Pay section with salary. Also maybe include a short paragraph for location metadata? The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Location is minor metadata; we can include in a short

before sections or within About the role? Probably include a

with location and salary? But salary gets its own section. Location we can put in a

before sections. We must not repeat job title as heading. No need. We must preserve all substantive information. So we need to include overview, department summary, position summary, responsibilities, requirements, knowledge/skills/abilities, core competencies, organizational values (though truncated). Also maybe include "Organization Overview" as About the role? Could be "About the role" includes overview and department summary? But we need to follow instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should create headings exactly those strings if we have content. If we don't have content for a heading, we should not include it. So we need to decide which headings we have content for. We have content for About the role (maybe combine Organization Overview, Department Summary, Position Summary). We have Responsibilities (Position Responsibilities). We have Requirements (Professional Experience). We have Skills (Knowledge, Skills And Abilities). We have Pay (Salary). We might not have Benefits, Schedule, Qualifications. So we omit those. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Pay. We need to include all substantive info under each. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for responsibilities we have a list of bullet points (they are paragraphs but we can convert to
    • ). For requirements we have bullet list (Professional Experience items). For skills we have bullet list (Knowledge, Skills And Abilities). For core competencies we also have list but that's not a heading we have; maybe we could include under Skills? But core competencies is separate list; we could include under Skills as well? But we already have Skills heading for Knowledge, Skills And Abilities. Could also add another heading like "Core Competencies" but not in allowed list; but we could still use

for any heading? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It gives examples but not exclusive; we could still use other headings but better to stick to those. However we need to preserve all substantive information; we could include core competencies under Skills as part of same section, maybe as a sublist? But better to keep as separate

Core Competencies? The instruction didn't forbid other headings, just gave examples. It says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." That implies we should use those headings when appropriate, but we could also use other headings if needed. However to be safe, we could incorporate core competencies into Skills section as a sub-list. Organizational Values also could be included under Skills or maybe under About the role? It's values; we could include under About the role as a paragraph. We need to avoid boilerplate like EEO etc. Not present. Let's extract content. Organization Overview: paragraphs about Brilliant Corners. Department Summary: description of Housing Services Department. Position Summary: description of CPO role. We'll combine these into About the role section. Responsibilities: list of bullet points under Position Responsibilities: each paragraph starting with a bold heading? Actually they are headings like "Statewide Program Strategy and Performance", "Executive Leadership and Leadership Development", etc. We'll treat each as a list item. Requirements: Professional Experience bullet list (each line starts with a bold phrase?). We'll capture each line. Knowledge, Skills And Abilities: bullet list. Core Competencies: list of items (Strategic Agility, Integrity and Trust, Perseverance, Organizational Belonging). We'll include as sublist under Skills maybe. Organizational Values: list (Humanity, Community... truncated). We'll include as paragraph maybe. Pay: salary. Location: we can include a short p before sections: "Location: Los Angeles, CA or San Diego, CA or San Francisco, CA or Sacramento, CA". Now craft HTML. We'll start with

      for location. Then

      About the role

      then

containing overview, department summary, position summary combined maybe as multiple paragraphs? Could be multiple

      inside section. That's fine. Then

      Responsibilities

      then
      • each. Then

        Requirements

        then
        • . Then

          Skills

          then
          • for knowledge, skills, abilities; then maybe a nested
for core competencies? Could just continue list. Then

              Pay

              then

salary. We must not include any extra tags like etc. Let's write. Need to preserve all substantive information; ensure not to lose any details. Let's copy text. We develop, own, and manage multi-family supportive housing and licensed residential care homes.
