About the Role
We are seeking a Chief People & Workplace Officer to own the enterprise people and workplace agenda end to end. You will lead talent, culture, and the physical and digital workplace as one integrated system, ensuring the organization can attract, develop, and retain the talent it needs to scale.
Responsibilities
- People Strategy: Own the enterprise people strategy across talent, culture, and workplace.
- Workplace Experience: Lead workplace strategy across physical, hybrid, and digital environments.
- Talent & Leadership: Own talent acquisition, development, and succession enterprise-wide.
- Total Rewards: Oversee compensation, benefits, and rewards strategy.
- Organization Design: Lead organization design, effectiveness, and change.
- Executive Alignment: Partner with the CEO and board on people, culture, and workplace strategy.
Requirements
- Experience: 15+ years in HR / people leadership, including senior enterprise ownership.
- People Command: Proven track record building talent, culture, and workplace strategy at scale.
- HR Expertise: Deep experience across talent, rewards, and organization design.
- Leadership: Experience building and leading global people and workplace organizations.
- Strategic: Ability to set people direction and make enterprise trade-offs.
- Executive Presence: Board- and investor-ready communication.
- Education: Bachelor's required; advanced degree or MBA strongly preferred.

Pay
The base salary range for this role is $450,000 to $600,000, with exact placement determined by your skills, years of experience, and interview performance.
