You are systems-minded, proactive, and confident in holding others accountable. Your responsibilities include driving project momentum, supporting team clarity, and fostering long-term client relationships through intentional, high-touch engagement.

Your role exists to amplify leadership's impact, ensure project follow-through, and create memorable client experiences that reflect ADG's values. You maintain the firm's rhythm, uphold accountability, and nurture client relationships.
