Chief of Staff to the SVP - Healthcare Analytics

Responsibilities

• Manage the capital and operating budget across the portfolio
• Run the recruiting pipeline and manage onboarding processes
• Produce executive-ready materials for leadership updates
• Partner on planning cycles and track progress against commitments
• Run talent reviews and analyze engagement survey results
• Cook up with peer Chiefs of Staff and Digital, Data, Analytics, and Technology teams
• Identify and resolve blockers to initiatives

Qualifications

• 10+ years of business leadership experience, including as a Chief of Staff
• 8+ years of Excel, analytics, and reporting experience
• 6+ years managing and optimizing structured business processes
• 6+ years of excellent written communication experience
• 5+ years thriving in fast-paced, matrixed organizations

Pay

$131,500 – $303,195 annually
