The Chief of Staff, North America role is designed for someone who can navigate rapid growth and complex business challenges. Reporting to Chris Berry, Managing Director, North America, this position involves working closely with the leadership team to scale the business.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to refine strategy and priorities
- Drive key cross-functional projects
- Support new market launches and commercial rollout plans
- Build the operating cadence, dashboards, and decision-making systems needed for scaling
- Turn ambiguous problems into clear plans, owners, and outcomes
- Jump into urgent business problems when there is no clear owner
Requirements
This role requires 5 to 10 years of experience, preferably in consulting, investing, high-growth startups, strategy, operations, revenue, marketplaces, or another demanding generalist environment. A demonstrated track record of exceptional performance is essential.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a relentless drive to deliver outcomes, strong analytical judgment, clear communication skills, high ownership, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. They should also have a genuine care for the mission, not just the title.
Skills
Strong organizational skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment are crucial. Experience in operations, strategy, commercial, or general management is beneficial.
