Accountabilities

  • Provide expert guidance to clients seeking to enter or advance within chief of staff and executive support careers.
  • Transfer practical leadership knowledge, develop professional skills, and help individuals navigate career growth with confidence.
  • Coach clients on the core responsibilities and skills required for successful chief of staff and executive support roles.
  • Teach strategic planning, prioritization, project execution, stakeholder management, and executive partnership practices.
  • Help clients apply AI fundamentals and automation tools to improve productivity and effectiveness in their roles.
  • Provide personalized career coaching, including resume reviews, LinkedIn optimization, cover letter guidance, and personal branding support.
  • Prepare clients for interviews, networking opportunities, salary negotiations, and promotion discussions.
  • Share practical insights from real-world experience managing initiatives, supporting executives, and driving organizational outcomes.
  • Develop structured coaching sessions tailored to each client’s goals, challenges, and career stage.
  • Deliver engaging virtual mentoring sessions while maintaining a supportive, high-quality client experience.
  • Collaborate with the broader coaching community to continuously improve mentoring approaches and client outcomes.

Requirements

  • An experienced chief of staff, executive support professional, or organizational leader who can translate practical experience into clear, actionable coaching.
  • Strong communication skills, a passion for mentoring others, and the ability to guide professionals through complex career transitions.
  • Hands-on experience as a Chief of Staff, Executive Business Partner, executive support leader, or similar strategic operations role.
  • Proven experience driving cross-functional initiatives and supporting executives in fast-paced environments.
  • A strong understanding of strategic planning, organizational operations, stakeholder management, and executive decision-making.
  • The ability to teach and explain complex concepts in a structured, accessible way.
  • Experience coaching, mentoring, managing, or developing professionals is preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI tools, automation concepts, and modern productivity workflows is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • The ability to provide thoughtful feedback and personalized guidance based on individual client needs.
  • Comfortable working remotely and managing flexible coaching schedules.
