Chief of Staff - Impact Coaching Coalition (Volunteer to start)

About the Role

The Chief of Staff for the Impact Coaching/Consulting Coalition is a remote, volunteer role focused on providing strategic support and operational leadership while helping to build the team. This position involves collaborating with leadership, managing communication across teams, overseeing the implementation of core initiatives, and ensuring alignment with the Coalition's mission. Initially, the Chief of Staff will also assist with recruiting and onboarding. Additional responsibilities include project management, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and supporting global coaching and consulting efforts. Regular participation in strategic planning sessions and administrative coordination is expected.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to provide strategic support and operational guidance.
• Manage communication across teams to ensure alignment with the Coalition’s mission.
• Oversee the implementation of core initiatives and projects.
• Assist with recruiting and onboarding new team members (initial phase).
• Play a key role in project management and stakeholder relationship-building.
• Support global coaching and consulting endeavors.
• Engage in strategic planning sessions and administrative coordination.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational management skills.
• Exceptional organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills; ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in consulting, coaching, or organizational development (highly desirable).
• Proficiency in virtual collaboration tools and ability to manage a remote role.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and commitment to creating positive social impact.
• Experience in impact business environments (a plus).
