About the role

This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design and manage product leadership team rhythms, ensuring effective agendas and follow-through
  • Collaborate with HR to optimize talent processes, identifying and addressing structural risks
  • Partner with Technology Operations to enhance roadmap planning and OKR tracking
  • Oversee headcount planning and budget management with Finance and HR
  • Lead initiatives for AI enablement and integration into existing processes
  • Craft and curate external product communications in partnership with PR and communications teams
  • Prepare executive briefings to streamline decision-making and enhance communication within the Product leadership team
  • Conduct regular organizational health assessments to pre-emptively address issues

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in product-related roles or a former Chief of Staff to a senior product or engineering executive in a tech company
  • Demonstrated ability to run people processes at scale in a dynamic organization
  • Excellent written communication skills, capable of ghostwriting and synthesizing complex narratives
  • Strong ability to identify and address organizational dysfunctions proactively
  • Ability to influence senior leaders across various departments without direct authority
  • Solid analytical skills and business acumen to navigate product metrics and financial considerations

Pay

$226,000 – $335,000 annually
